Who we are
GVK Technologies is a UK-based quality engineering services company. The data controller for this site is GVK Technologies. You can reach us at vkari@gvktech.co.uk for any privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. GA4 records: page views, the referring URL, device and browser type, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, and an anonymous identifier stored in your browser.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other directly identifying information through analytics. We do not run advertising pixels.
If you contact us via the email link on the site, your email address and message contents are processed only to reply to you.
Lawful basis
Analytics cookies are non-essential, so we rely on your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and PECR Reg. 6). Nothing is set or sent to Google until you press "Accept all" or enable Analytics in Preferences. You can withdraw consent at any time.

_ga — Google Analytics client identifier. Lifespan: 2 years.
_ga_RZW7TRKVMC — Google Analytics session state for our property. Lifespan: 2 years.
gvk.consent.v1 — your consent choice, stored in your browser's localStorage so we don't ask again. We set this regardless of your choice; it contains no personal data.
Withdrawing consent
Use the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of any page to reopen the preferences panel and change your choice. You can also clear site data in your browser settings to reset the prompt.
Data sharing and international transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred outside the UK. Google is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details on how they process the data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing and withdraw consent. Email vkari@gvktech.co.uk to make a request.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have mishandled your data.
